How it works

Your therapist will start by selecting the appropriate aroma to use based on how you would like to feel as a result of the massage. The massage technique used will vary depending on the desired result. Essential oils have different properties, some are great for calming while others work well to energize.
- For calming – chamomile, lavender, geranium
- For uplifting – ylang ylang, clary sage, rose
- For energizing – rosemary
